BORONGAN CITY (PIA) -- Representative Ma. Fe R. Abunda of the lone district of Eastern Samar has lauded 4Ps Partylist Representative Marcelino C. Libanan for funding the Maslog-Jipapad road project.
The message was relayed through her Chief of Staff, Atty. Allan C. Contado, during the groundbreaking ceremony which was conducted recently at Poblacion 01 in Maslog, Eastern Samar.
According to Atty. Contado, Representative Abunda thanked Rep. Libanan for funding the Maslog-Jipapad road project.
Contado disclosed that the Maslog-Jipapad road project is one of the Eastern Samar solon's priority projects.
"Congresswoman Abunda said, rest assured that all priority projects are all for interior barangays," Contado said.
He added that when Abunda attended the 2nd Quarter Regional Development Council (RDC) meeting in Tacloban City for the proposed projects for this year, and for next year to endorse proposed projects for Fiscal Year 2024, Eastern Samar have so many proposed projects submitted and endorsed to the RDC for 2024 for the approval of the Department of Budget and Management.
"We are hoping that Congressman Libanan and Congresswoman Abunda will have each other to avail or to come up with funds for these priority projects," the Contado said.
"Congresswoman Abunda said the most important is unity, cooperation, and love. As a mother of the province, that is my wish to have unity," Contado further shared Abunda's message. (SDC/PIA-E. Samar)
